Continuous snowfall in higher reaches and cold winds sweeping across lower regions kept the weather chilled in Himachal Pradesh today. High reaches of Lahaul and Spiti and Chamba witnessed snowfall till this afternoon. A report from Lahaul and Spiti said that about one foot snow was deposited at Keylong after the snowfall.
